The number of marijuana gardens is increasing across the forested landscape on both public and private lands. With this, increasing numbers of dangerous and potentially deadly confrontations are occurring between growers, the recreational public, landowners and land managers. The panel will include: Shasta County Sheriff Tom Bosenko and former USFS law enforcement officer Roger Newton.
