It was an exciting second year for the Log Loading Skills Competition. This year brought more participants and spectators. We expect this event to get bigger and better each year! Thirty contestants competed in two skills sets. The first skill consisted of stacking log rounds, the second required sliding log rounds onto a rack. The SCLC Backhoe Rodeo sponsored by Eddie Axner Construction was a great success again this year. There were approximately 50 participants competing in three different backhoe events.
